My name is Myu, and I live in Kyoto — one of Japan's most beautiful cities. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages from Kansai Gaidai University and have studied abroad in both the UK and Spain, giving me a genuine love for cross-cultural connection.
After university I helped run the family business while raising two children. Today, I spend my days caring for my 10-year-old son, working as a babysitter, and sharing Japanese culture with visitors from around the world.
I have been practising tea ceremony for 10 years, and nothing makes me happier than strolling through Kyoto's beautiful streets — or helping travellers discover them!

Organised and hosted several large tea gatherings through a tea ceremony youth group. Intermediate certified level.
